Cape Fox Concentric Methods, LLC is accepting resumes for aRegistered Nurse for the Behavioral Healthunit to provide full time services to our deserving Marines at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina.

One year of Behavioral Health experience after graduation is required.

The hourly rate range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $42.67 to $43.42. This is comprised of a base hourly range of $37.74 to $38.49 for up to 40 hours per week. An additional $4.93 per hour for Health & Welfare (H&W) will be added to the final rate for up to 40 hours per week as required by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCLS) regulations. The rate represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of possible compensation at the time of posting. Responsibilities:



  • Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a wide array of healthcare professionals. Facilitate the achievement of optimal outcomes in relation to clinical care, quality, and cost effectiveness.
  • Perform physical exams and health histories.
  • Formulate and carry out a goal directed plan which is based on determined nursing diagnosis and patient outcomes, and which is prioritized according to patient needs and available resources including time, personnel, equipment and supplies.
  • Identify patient/significant other learning needs and implement appropriate measures to meet identified needs.
  • Provide health promotions, counseling, and education.
  • Administer medications, wound care, and numerous other personalized interventions.
  • Direct and supervise care provided by other healthcare professionals.
  • Accountable for making patient care assignments based on the scope of practice and skill level of assigned personnel.
  • Recognize adverse signs and symptoms and quickly react in emergency situations.
  • Make referral appointments and arrange specialty care as appropriate.
  • Provide concise documentation of care and recommendations in patient's medical record in no less than 24 hours after the patient is seen.
  • Participate in group medical appointments including Shared Medical Appointments (SMA) and Drop-in Group Medical Appointments (DIGMA).
  • Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines used in the MTF.


Schedule:

Services shall be provided Monday through Friday, from 0630 and 1900 for an 8.5 or 9-hour shift to include an uncompensated 30-minute or 1-hour meal break, depending on shift length.
