  • Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and other internal teams to ensure that transactions are properly recorded and understood.
  • Contribute heavily to external audit support, including preparation of supporting documentation and responses to auditor requests (without direct audit management responsibility).
  • Support ongoing enhancement and optimization of the NetSuite ERP environment and related financial systems to improve reliability, accuracy, and scalability.

  • Perform other duties as assigned (expected to be less than 10% of the above responsibilities).

Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience researching and applying technical accounting guidance across multiple areas (revenue, leases, equity, inventory, cost accounting, complex contracts).
  • Hands-on experience supporting monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including preparation of audit-ready documentation.
  • Experience with NetSuite ERP and familiarity with various accounting-related applications (AP automation, expense management, and other financial systems).
