Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience, an interest in healthcare design, and be a problem solver; capable of transforming design research, technical know-how, user requirements, and codes and guidelines into innovative and inspiring solutions. We are looking for a curious mind who will bring both big questions and big ideas to the table. We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about design and eager to make an impact. Someone who can communicate clearly across all mediums: visual, verbal and written to express ideas, explain the reasoning behind those ideas, and weave a story that turns those ideas into a design vision. This candidate will be comfortable collaborating with team members, clients and consultants. They will be responsible for leading the interior design of small scale projects and assisting a senior designer on larger projects primarily in the healthcare market. This person will work closely with junior designers, managing day to day work in order to meet deadlines and support the design journeys of team members as a trusted mentor. They will have a big picture view to ensure efficient work flows and a detail oriented mind to track progress and needs. Essential Functions: Schematic Design and Design Development
