  • As a Senior Commercial Contract Manager at Nokia, you will collaborate closely with sales and internal teams to analyze and propose competitive pricing and terms for customer proposals. You'll manage pricing strategies, conduct market benchmarking, and serve as the primary contact for legal and financial aspects of contracts. Your responsibilities will include ensuring timely deal approvals, addressing urgent requests, and documenting processes in commercial management tools. Ideal candidates will possess extensive telecommunications experience, analytical skills, and the ability to engage at all organizational levels while driving profitable business growth and maintaining excellent customer service.
  • Conduct commercial analysis using tools like Anaplan, CPQ, and SFDC to support deal evaluation.
  • Review and propose pricing requests in collaboration with the sales team, ensuring accuracy and maximizing profitability.
  • Define and implement pricing strategies through partnership with Product Line Management and Services.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for contract negotiation and alignment with legal and finance teams.
  • Coordinate deal approval requests, assessing their strategic impact and urgency.
  • Document all approvals and contractual details accurately in Anaplan and SFDC.
  • Manage urgent sales requests effectively, providing comprehensive commercial analyses.
  • Collaborate across functional areas to create compelling commercial proposals and offers.
  • Conduct commercial analysis using tools like Anaplan, CPQ, and SFDC to support deal evaluation.

Must-Have:

  • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial management or contract negotiation
  • Bachelor's degree; MBA degree preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Anaplan and Salesforce
  • Deep understanding of telecommunications industry dynamics, particularly in the Americas
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to engage at all organizational levels

Nice-To-Have:

  • Experience in conducting pricing strategy development and benchmarking analyses
  • Proficiency in project management and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Familiarity with legal and financial implications of commercial contracts
