As a Security Officer in Wilmer, TX, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents while patrolling a tech, media, and telecom location. You will provide exceptional customer service and communication. This is a driving post, requiring a valid driver's license as you may drive during patrols. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as needed.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, supporting a secure environment within a tech, media, or telecom location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the business premises and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential issues.
• Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns encountered during patrols.
• Communicate professionally with staff, visitors, and/or contractors, offering assistance and information as appropriate.
• Document all incidents, observations, and activities according to Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.
• Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency responders when required by site protocols.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
