POSITION

This role drives strategic growth in the RIA market by collaborating across functions-National Accounts, Investment Management, Marketing, Technology, and Sales-to align initiatives and deliver impactful go-to-market strategies. It focuses on supporting key partnerships, analyzing market trends, building marketing content, and developing programs that foster innovation, client engagement, and practice growth for the RIA Community

We currently operate in a hybrid working model, whereby you will be required to work in-office 3 days a week.

RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working with a team of stakeholders, including National Accounts, Investment Management, Field Distribution, Marketing, Technology, and Sales, to ensure alignment and execution across strategic initiatives.
  • Building Marketing Content & Commercialization: Collaborating with product marketing and sales teams to define value propositions, create collateral, and develop go-to-market strategies for existing solutions, new features, and products in a way that resonates with the RIA Community.
  • Partnership and client management: Participate in growing and managing relationships with strategic partners/clients to expand The RIA Team's commercial reach. This includes custodial partners, tech providers/TAMPs, and RIA clients.
  • Market analysis and innovation: Extracting insights from usage data, client/sales feedback, and market trends to drive innovation and competitive differentiation for Allspring in the RIA Market.
  • Develop Growth Programs/Content working with Allspring Wealth Solutions: Help build programs/content working with RIA's, custodial partners, and tech partners that support organic/inorganic growth, practice management, and talent/culture development (i.e. Engaging the Next Generation of Investors, Empowering Women Investors, etc...)
  • Identify new business opportunities and provide strategic recommendations to support national account teams.


CANDIDATE

The ideal candidate holds a college degree and brings at least two years of experience in the investment management industry, demonstrating strong knowledge of market dynamics and client engagement. They excel at cross-functional collaboration, strategic marketing execution, and building partnerships to drive growth in the RIA market.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of collaborating with a diverse range of collaborators and team members.
  • Strong analytical skills and a keen interest in business strategy.
  • Integrity and the personal presence to represent Allspring with enthusiasm and distinction.
  • Outstanding relationship-building skills, growing in a collaborative team environment that values independent thinking.
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or 66) certifications


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS



  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Deep knowledge of asset and wealth management and market dynamics.
  • Dedicated individual with the ability to work independently alongside staff and senior management at all levels.
  • Desire to work in collaborative, client facing engagements with National Accounts and Field Sales
  • Demonstrable problem-solving abilities, with excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Enjoys critical and creative thinking, making strategic recommendations.


Base Pay Range: $100,000 - $140,000

Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary bonus programs, or other annual or non-annual incentive or sales plans.)
