  • The person in this position will be the investigative liaison to 40 Rapid Response Retainer (RRR) customers, which includes Fortune 100 companies.
  • The candidate will respond to RRR customer requests for emergency support and other cybersecurity services such as computer forensic training, conducting technical and executive breach simulations, and incident response plan assessments.
  • As an investigative liaison, the person will provide assigned customers with a consistent interface to Telecommunication's investigative response team.
  • The liaison will serve as a contact point for non-emergency response, questions or issues regarding the RRR service, and in some cases may directly contribute to the delivery of services for customers, reactive, emergency response and proactive incident response, consulting engagements. Some travel may be required.
Experience in:
  • Cybersecurity Incident Response.
  • Reviewing and creating Incident Response Plans and Playbooks.
  • Creating and giving tabletops (i.e. executive and technical breach simulations).
  • Briefing high level executives.
  • Managing relationships for numerous customers at once (40).
  • Ability to function in a dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Ability to make recommendations to remediate complex security threats.
  • Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources and present concise, relevant information to non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
  • Ability to set and manage competing expectations and priorities with technical and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytic, qualitative and quantitative reasoning skills.
  • Strong creative problem-solving abilities and abilities to share knowledge with colleagues.
