Position: Swing Driver Pay Rate: $26.00 per hour We're looking for a skilled, versatile driver who thrives on variety. As a Swing Driver, you'll be trained to operate multiple truck types and support different routes across our hauling operations. This role keeps our business running smoothly and ensures our customers receive exceptional service every day. What You'll Do You'll be trained and expected to operate across multiple lines of business, including: Roll-Off - Transporting large containers from residential, commercial, and industrial sites Rear Load - Residential and small commercial waste collection Front Load - Servicing commercial customers using frontloading trucks Other hauling operations as needed Your responsibilities will include: Safely operating various types of garbage trucks Following route sheets and dispatcher instructions Performing pre- and posttrip inspections (fluids, tires, safety equipment, etc.) Providing friendly, professional customer interactions Assisting with additional tasks to support daily operations What We're Looking For Valid Class A or B CDL (no automatic restriction) Clean driving record Minimum 1 year of local route driving experience Ability to adapt quickly to different vehicle types and routes Strong safety focus and customerservice mindset What We Offer We invest in our people because they're the heart of our business.
