About Salesforce

Salesforce is the #1 AI CRM, where humans with agents drive customer success together. Here, ambition meets action. Tech meets trust. And innovation isn't a buzzword - it's a way of life. The world of work as we know it is changing and we're looking for Trailblazers who are passionate about bettering business and the world through AI, driving innovation, and keeping Salesforce's core values at the heart of it all.

Ready to level-up your career at the company leading workforce transformation in the agentic era? You're in the right place! Agentforce is the future of AI, and you are the future of Salesforce.

Opportunity & Product

Join an agile team with deep startup roots. We operate as a high-velocity 'startup-within-Salesforce,' following our recent acquisition. You'll be managed by the same founders and engineers who built the original company, offering the autonomy of a small team backed by the global scale and trust of Salesforce. You will have the unique opportunity to build a '0 to 1' product with the founding team, while leveraging Salesforce's world-class Data Cloud and security infrastructure to drive immediate global impact at scale.

Global supply chains still rely on slow, manual processes-email, spreadsheets, and fragmented data. The economy moves fast but supply chains don't, creating an inefficiency that affects the $13T of goods shipped annually and is one of the largest untapped opportunities in modern enterprise.

Agentforce for Supply Chain is reimagining the supply chain with an AI-powered platform for designing, automating, and orchestrating end-to-end business processes, with seamless collaboration through familiar channels like email. For Salesforce, this represents a major back-office growth opportunity, while also delivering innovations that enhance the existing front-office business. Customers are clamoring for more, rapidly expanding their use cases as we enter an exhilarating growth phase. As one user put it: "I've been waiting for this for 20 years."

What you'll do

As Senior Full Stack Engineer for the Agentforce for Supply Chain - Super Agent team, you will be a hands-on owner of the team's product. Much of your time will be spent building the features users interact with daily, but you'll also keep a keen eye on the bigger picture and go deep wherever the product needs it.

The Super Agent system is data-intensive, mission-critical, and high surface area, spanning business process configuration, execution, and analysis. It was built with intentional startup speed, creating tight coupling across domains and layers, with architectural patterns that have a clear north star but uneven adoption. Success means shipping product enhancements quickly across a system where changes ripple unpredictably, while steadily raising quality and consistency at every layer.

You'll operate with meaningful autonomy while building alignment across engineering and product stakeholders, with ample opportunity for advancement by leveling up the team around you, pushing the product forward, and ultimately accelerating us toward our ambitious goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ship user-facing features for the Super Agent team that deliver stellar user experiences across the full stack

  • Consistently identify and ship improvements to the codebase as you work, whether that's cleaning up technical debt, improving reliability, or strengthening patterns in the areas you touch

  • Collaborate with peers across customer, product, and engineering to deeply understand customer needs, make pragmatic tradeoffs that maximize impact, and align on engineering reality

  • Contribute to a high-performing team through code review, knowledge sharing, and helping raise the bar on engineering quality in your day-to-day work

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of industry experience as a software engineer, building and operating user-facing web applications across frontend and backend

  • Deep understanding of multiple software engineering concepts, from high-level system design and data modeling to hands-on concerns like query optimization and API performance, with the ability to pick up new technologies quickly

  • Repeated ownership of features and product areas in complex SaaS systems, from understanding the problem through implementation and shipping across multiple layers of the stack

  • Excellent writing skills and ability to contribute meaningfully in real-time technical-design discussions spanning frontend, backend, and cross-layer concerns

  • Experience working in tandem with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineers to shape requirements, evaluate tradeoffs, and iterate toward a coherent UX and system

  • Demonstrated ownership and accountability, with a consistent track record of high standards, continuous improvement, and low-ego collaboration

Preferred Qualifications

  • B.S. in Computer Science (M.S. preferred)

  • Notable open-source work, patents, or published research

  • Proficiency in React and TypeScript, Golang, Graphql, and PSQL

  • Exposure to the supply chain, logistics, or manufacturing industry (We will teach you otherwise!)

  • Familiarity with the Salesforce platform

  • Experience working within rapidly evolving systems, balancing early-stage ambiguity with scaling, reliability, and maintainability concerns
