THE ROLE: As an Engineering Manager within AMD Product Engineering, you will lead a highly skilled team responsible for delivering robust, highquality system products from new product introduction through highvolume manufacturing. This role sits at the intersection of product development, manufacturing, and quality, and offers the opportunity to influence system-level outcomes that directly impact AMD's customers. You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional partners across design, manufacturing, test, quality, and external vendors, while shaping test strategies that ensure product robustness, scalability, and execution excellence. This position is ideal for a hands-on technical leader who enjoys developing people, solving complex yield and quality challenges, and driving continuous improvement across a fastpaced, global engineering environment. THE PERSON: You are a resultsoriented engineering leader with a strong balance of technical depth and people leadership. You thrive in ambiguous problem spaces, enjoy mentoring and coaching engineers, and are comfortable influencing decisions across organizational boundaries. You communicate clearly with both technical teams and leadership, and you are motivated by delivering highquality products through disciplined processes, datadriven decisions, and collaboration.
