Title: Digital UX/UI Designer

Location: Remote /Irvine

Assignment Length: 12 Months

Job Description:

We're looking for a digital-first interactive designer with at least 2 years' experience in an advertising agency. This candidate should be detail oriented, efficient, have excellent communication skills, and a passion for continual learning.

Their designs should incorporate modern design patterns and best practices across various mediums (i.e. emails, web banners, websites, social, mobile apps) and be well versed in creating responsive layouts that can adapt to different screen sizes. The candidate should be aware of current design trends and be proficient in problem solving via creating intuitive UX / UI solutions.

Below is a list of 'must have', and 'nice to have' experience:

Must have experience:

  • Figma (primary design software)
  • Adobe Creative Suite (XD / Photoshop / Illustrator)
  • Responsive design principles
  • UX/UI best practices for various mediums
  • 2+ years working at an advertising agency


Nice to have experience:

  • Design aesthetic that leans toward modern, minimal, clean
  • Basic knowledge of HTML / CSS
  • Experience in pharmaceutical industry
  • Building clickable prototypes
  • Motion graphics or animation experience
