Corewell Health William Beaumont University Hospital has 43 residency and fellowship programs with 454 residents and fellows. Corewell is the exclusive clinical partner of the Oakland University William Beaumont School of Medicine, with more than 1,400 Beaumont doctors on faculty. Scope of Work Organizes schedules for computerized tomography (CT) staff, while the manager maintains overall responsibility for the accuracy of the employee schedule. Oversees day to day floor operations within CT, monitors quality and coordinates education opportunities during these operations. Monitors customer and employee satisfaction results, looking for trends and identifying opportunities for improvement. Assists manager with payroll duties as assigned. Reviews supply and purchase of materials used in department operation and looks for cost effective changes. Contacts service personnel and notifies management of malfunctioning equipment. Monitors and tracks education requirements for employees, as assigned. Plans and organizes CT and related services on assigned shift to assure that all examinations are expeditiously processed and meet all standards of quality and safety. Schedules and assigns employees based on workload, patient schedules, experience, and availability. May lead special projects assigned by leadership.
