Service Technician - Enterprise Security Systems Location: Onsite & Remote \| Industry: Commercial Security & IoT Employment Type: Full-Time Are you a skilled Security Service Technician who loves solving complex technical challenges, interacting with customers, and working with cuttingedge enterprise security technologies? Why This Role Is Exciting * Work with industryleading security platforms across Access Control, IP Video, Intrusion, and IoT * Blend of onsite troubleshooting and remote diagnostics/support * Opportunity to grow your skills-training & certifications are supported and encouraged * Customerfacing role where you can shine as the trusted expert * Join a team solving realworld technical problems every day across diverse commercial environments What You'll Do * Service, troubleshoot, program, and test enterprisegrade security systems * Work with networked IP video, Access Control, Intrusion, and Visitor Management platforms * Diagnose and resolve issues both on-site and via remote access * Install, configure, repair, and support system components including: * Electrified and mechanical door hardware * IP & analog cameras * Headend video systems * Ancillary door and alarm devices * Perform system audits, repairs, upgrades, and detailed documentation * Deliver outstanding customer service while communicating professionally with end users Top Technical Skills Needed * Access Control expertise * Security systems troubleshooting * CCTV support and service * Customerfacing technical support * Alarm & IoT system repair * Strong understanding of networked security devices Preferred System Knowledge (Highly Valued) (Certification or working proficiency in any of the following is a plus): Access Control Systems ProWatch, Genetec, Software House, Lenel/S2, OpenPath Video / VMS Platforms Axis, Exacq, Milestone, MaxPro, Genetec, Victor, Avigilon, Hanwha Locking Hardware ASSA ABLOY, Von Duprin, Adams Rite Intrusion Systems Vista, DSC, Bosch, DMP What Makes You a Great Fit * Proven experience in troubleshooting Access Control & CCTV systems * Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team * Strong communication skills and professionalism with customers * Ability to interpret schematics, drawings, and technical documentation * Mechanically and technically inclined * Able to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments * Willingness to learn new technologies-training investment is provided Education & Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent required * 2-5+ years in security service, low voltage, or related technical role * Relevant security certifications are a plus (many listed above) * Must be able to meet physical requirements (ladder work, lifting, etc.) Join a Team That Invests in You Our client believes in developing their technicians-not just hiring them.
