Our healthcare partner in Burbank, CA is seeking an Infusion Coordinator to support their clinical operations team. This role plays a key part in ensuring patients receive timely, wellorganized infusion therapy services. The ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills, experience working directly with patients, and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced clinical environment.
*Key Responsibilities:* * Coordinate the scheduling and administration process for infusion appointments * Serve as a liaison between patients, nurses, providers, and the care team * Ensure all documentation, authorizations, and resources are in place for each session * Provide excellent service to patients in person and over the phone * Support overall clinic workflow to maintain smooth, efficient operations *Required Skills:* * Administrative or office support experience * Experience working directly with patients * Strong customer service skills *Preferred Qualifications:* * Medical Assistant (MA) experience (highly preferred) * 3-5 years of experience in a medical office setting * MA Certification, or experience in medical office/patient care coordination * Strong written communication and ability to follow written instructions * General computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) *Experience Level:* Intermediate to Advanced *Job Type & Location* This is a Contract position based out of Burbank, CA. This role is fully onsite. There is potential for conversion to permanent, dependent on performance and attendance. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is *$22.00 - $22.00/hr*.
