Position Summary The Appointment Scheduler is responsible for coordinating patient appointments with accuracy, professionalism, and efficiency. This role ensures all scheduling policies are consistently followed, patient information is accurately documented, and communication remains clear and compassionate. Key Responsibilities * Schedule patient appointments accurately and efficiently. * Adhere to all established casescheduling policies and procedures. * Communicate all relevant details for each scheduled appointment to appropriate parties. * Audit and/or complete electronic documentation of patient and case information in a timely manner. * Maintain a high level of quality and accuracy while working under deadlines. * Communicate effectively and professionally with patients, peers, and leadership on a daily basis. * Demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and a commitment to the organization's core values. Required Skills * Call center operations * Customer service * Accurate and efficient data entry Top Skills * Call center experience * Strong communication skills * High attention to detail * Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy Qualifications Must-Haves * 2+ years of recent call center experience * Strong adaptability (willingness to work across different departments as needed) * Excellent attention to detail, especially in data entry * Ability to communicate clearly and positively with patients, team members, and leadership * Quick thinking and the ability to respond professionally in fastmoving situations * Demonstrated empathy and strong interpersonal skills Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Indianapolis, IN. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
