Job Description As a Customer Care Representative, you will: * Deliver outstanding customer service with kindness, empathy, and patience. * Navigate patient and prescriber profiles across multiple systems efficiently. * Adapt quickly to each customer interaction-whether inbound, outbound, or written-via email, phone, SMS, chat, and mailed prescriptions. * Collaborate effectively with team members and work independently when needed. * Communicate with colleagues across pharmacy and fulfillment facilities. * Maintain a positive and professional attitude while keeping our pet patients and customers at the center of everything you do. Work Environment & Training * New-hire education: Six weeks of paid, in-classroom training at our Swedesboro, NJ campus (Monday-Friday). * Weeks 1-3: M-F, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM * Weeks 4-6: M-F, start times may vary (9:00 AM or 10:00 AM) * During training, you'll learn about our state-of-the-art laboratories and impressive shipping and warehousing operations while preparing to become a Customer Care Specialist and a registered New Jersey Pharmacy Technician. * Post-training shift: 11:30 AM-8:00 PM Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to adapt to changing situations and multitask effectively. * Team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently. * No prior experience required-training provided! Experience Level Entry Level Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Swedesboro, NJ. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
