Data Entry Specialist (Temporary \| OnSite) Worksite Location: On-Site in Brentwood, TN 37027 Job Category: Data Entry / Administrative Support Estimated Duration: 2 months (Possible extension) About the Role We are seeking a detailoriented and motivated Data Entry Specialist to join our team on a temporary, onsite assignment. This entrylevel opportunity is ideal for someone looking to gain realworld experience in procurement and supply chain operations while building handson skills using enterprise systems. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting our procurement process by converting requisitions into purchase orders (POs), maintaining accurate records, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure smooth daytoday operations. What You'll Be Doing * Review and process requisitions accurately and efficiently * Convert approved requisitions into purchase orders within the procurement system * Verify pricing, quantities, and vendor details for accuracy * Communicate with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies or missing information * Maintain organized digital records of requisitions and purchase orders (including PDF files) * Assist with general administrative tasks related to procurement and inventory control * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures throughout the purchasing process Required Skills & Qualifications * Strong data entry skills with exceptional attention to detail * Familiarity with handling PDFs and maintaining organized records * Basic experience or exposure to inventory control or administrative workflows * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) * Strong organizational, timemanagement, and communication skills * Ability to work independently and learn new systems quickly Nice to Have * Basic understanding of procurement or purchasing processes * Previous administrative, data entry, or support experience * Exposure to enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle) Why Join Us?
