We're looking for a
Sr. Program Manager, Culture & Employee Experience
to join Procore's People Team. In this role, you'll drive the evolution of our company culture by treating culture and the employee experience as core products that can be designed, tested, and scaled for impact. The primary goal of this role is to strengthen Procore's culture and improve employee engagement, connection, and performance through agile, data-driven initiatives.
As a
Sr. Program Manager, Culture & Employee Experience, you'll partner with leaders across the People Team, Internal Communications, Work Experience, and Marketing to design and deliver initiatives that enhance how employees experience and live our culture. Use your strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven decision-making skills to create measurable, high-impact programs that drive engagement and business outcomes. This is a unique opportunity to shape the future of Procore's culture and employee experience-join us and help bring our values to life across the organization.
This position reports into the Sr. Director of Culture and will be based in our Austin, TX office on a hybrid schedule. Ideally, you will be on-site at least two-three days per week. We're looking for someone to join us immediately.
