Position Details: *Sign on Bonus available for Experienced RN's!* $15,000 for Experienced RN's (No Contract) Mercy Carthage is a 25-bed hospital serving the Carthage and surrounding areas.The Medical Surgical unit, also known as Med-Surg, is a specialty unit that makes up the foundation of nursing. Mercy Carthage is a 25-bed hospital serving the Carthage and surrounding areas and manages acute medical surgical patients with a wide range of diagnoses and care needs. Functionally, this unit houses and cares for patients who are preparing for or recovering from medical and surgical interventions. Licensure: Is personally responsible for obtaining, and maintaining, a current RN license within the hiring state and/or compact licensure in which nursing duties are performed and must meet all state board of nursing requirements. Certifications: Must have American Heart Association Healthcare Provider card or complete a course within probationary period. Must have ACLS and BLS or obtain within 90 days of hire.
