Position Summary The Graduate Recruitment Specialist supports the enrollment goals of NYU Tandon's master's and doctoral programs by identifying, engaging, and nurturing prospective students from initial inquiry through enrollment. This role focuses on proactive outreach, relationship building, virtual and in-person engagement, and the coordination of recruitment initiatives focused primarily on domestic markets. Additionally, this role plays a key part in the initial review and processing of applications and oversight of the application workflow. This includes but is not restricted to, supervision and management of graduate student employees in specific areas of the review process including data entry, creating and maintaining regular enrollment reports, as well as ad hoc reports as requested. Responsible for ensuring accuracy and integrity of all data held by the Office of Graduate Enrollment Management and Admissions using expertise in Slate (by Technolutions) and PeopleSoft. The Graduate Recruitment Specialist will work from within NYU Tandon's Graduate Enrollment Management team, and will collaborate with academic departments, and university partners to promote Tandon's portfolio of MS and PhD programs and ensure a high-quality experience for all prospective students. Qualifications Required Education: Additional Information In compliance with NYC's Pay Transparency Act, the annual base salary range for this position is USD $70,000.00 to USD $82,500.00. New York University considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as, market and organizational considerations when extending an offer.
