Job Title: Member Service RepresentativeJob DescriptionJoin our dedicated team as a Member Service Representative in a dynamic 24/7 contact center environment. You will respond to inquiries and requests, providing information on a variety of financial products and services. Your role will involve actively listening, adapting to multiple systems, and engaging with members to ensure an optimal experience. You will handle transactions related to savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and more, while advising members on products and services that meet their needs. Responsibilities * Respond to member inquiries and requests within a high-volume, schedule-driven contact center. * Provide accurate information about financial products and services. * Execute transactions for savings, checking, consumer loans, credit cards, IRAs, and other accounts. * Engage with members using active listening and multiple system adaptability. * Advise members on additional products and services that may benefit them. Essential Skills * Proficiency in customer service and data entry. * Experience with inbound and outbound calls in a call center environment. * Ability to comply with policy and handle high-volume calls in a structured setting. Additional Skills & Qualifications * Experience in call center, administrative, secretarial, banking/mortgage, or high-volume retail environments. Work EnvironmentThese are remote opportunities, but candidates must reside within 60 miles of Dallas, TX. The contact center operates 24/7/365, offering flexible shifts with scheduled breaks and meals. Most shifts have a one-hour variance in start and end times, requiring a 9.5-hour availability window. Be prepared for back-to-back calls, potentially for up to four hours before breaks. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of North Richland Hills, TX. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
