As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a leading tech and telecom location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help discourage security-related incidents. Why Join Us: What You'll Do: - Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology location.
- Help to deter unauthorized access by controlling entry points, verifying identification, issuing temporary visitor credentials, and maintaining sign-in and sign-out logs.
- Conduct regular and random patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, perimeter lines, parking areas, and critical infrastructure spaces, documenting observations and reporting concerns.
- Monitor alarms, access control activity, and camera systems when assigned, and report unusual activity per post orders.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, unauthorized entry attempts, disturbances, and suspicious activity.
- Write clear, detailed, and timely reports of daily activities, patrol findings, incidents, and follow-up actions, using required reporting systems.
- Provide escort and/or access support for vendors, contractors, and deliveries as directed, and verify work authorizations and delivery documentation when applicable.
- Assist with crowd and/or traffic flow during shift changes, deliveries, and planned site events to support orderly movement on site.
- Communicate professionally with Allied Universal leadership, site contacts, and local responders as needed, escalating issues through the chain of command.
- Support key and credential control processes, including tracking issuance and returns when assigned to the post.
- Perform additional duties as assigned, with working environments and conditions varying by site and shift.
Minimum Requirements: - - Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
- - Have access control and/or badge experience, preferred.
- - Have CPR and/or First Aid certification, preferred.
- - Have a guard card and/or license, preferred.
- - Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
- - Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
- - As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
