JOB TITLE:CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector PAY RANGE: $30 - $35 + 10% Shift Differential \| SHIFT:2nd - Mon - Thurs 3pm - 1:30am SEE WHAT WE DO: https://youtu.be/kvuAbB4969E?si=MCg_01gD0C0BCG6- QUICK SUMMARY: The CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector supports high-mix, precision manufacturing by leading advanced inspection activities and ensuring products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands-on inspection, CMM programming, and team mentorship to maintain exceptional quality standards. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Program and operate CMM equipment for complex part inspections Inspect parts to prints and CAD models using advanced measurement tools Monitor production quality through audits and corrective actions Support ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance across production teams Communicate quality issues internally and with customers as needed REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GED required 5+ years quality inspection experience in machining or metal fabrication Proficiency in CMM programming and surface plate inspection techniques Strong CMM, GD&T, and inspection tooling experience WHAT PROTOTEK OFFERS: Health, dental, vision, life and short-term disability insurance Company paid life and long-term disability insurance 9 paid Holidays annually Employee Assistance Program (EAP) 401(k) match: 100% of 3% and 50% for 4% and 5% Education reimbursement program Career advancement opportunities Flexible Schedule Competitive pay scale Paid time off (PTO) starting at 80 hours with annual increase for each year of service WORK AUTHORIZATION WORDING Must meet ITAR U.S. Person requirements - Prototek maintains International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) compliant operations in United States based facilities.
