PAY RANGE: $30 - $35 + 10% Shift Differential | SHIFT:2nd - Mon - Thurs 3pm - 1:30am

QUICK SUMMARY:
The CMM Programmer / Quality Inspector supports high-mix, precision manufacturing by leading advanced inspection activities and ensuring products meet strict customer and regulatory requirements. This role combines hands-on inspection, CMM programming, and team mentorship to maintain exceptional quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Program and operate CMM equipment for complex part inspections
  • Inspect parts to prints and CAD models using advanced measurement tools
  • Monitor production quality through audits and corrective actions
  • Support ISO9001 and AS9100 compliance across production teams
  • Communicate quality issues internally and with customers as needed

REQUIREMENTS:
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 5+ years quality inspection experience in machining or metal fabrication
  • Proficiency in CMM programming and surface plate inspection techniques
  • Strong CMM, GD&T, and inspection tooling experience
