Shift: 4 PM - 4:30 AM, Friday-Sunday

Looking for a real deal warehouse gig in Chattanooga, TN? We're hiring Wave Planner pros who can haul, stack, scan, and ship. This isn't a suit-and-tie office job. This is hands-on, boots-on, get-it-done work with a crew that's got your back.

What You'll Do (the daily grind that keeps it moving)

• Create and prioritize picking documentation into waves to meet shipment deadlines and operational goals
• Plan, release, and distribute production, work, and shipment schedules to applicable departments
• Prioritize work orders and picking documentation based on inventory levels and incoming customer orders
• Open and close trailer loads and shipments within warehouse and inventory management systems to maintain accurate inventory and delivery records
• Dispatch prepared shipments to designated carriers
• Update inventory and warehouse management systems to reflect current activity
• Research, troubleshoot, and resolve shipment discrepancies or errors
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the direct supervisor

What You'll Need (no fluff, just the facts)

• A diploma or GED - if you've finished school, you're good to go.
• Minimum of six (6) months of experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Strong enough to lift 50 lbs like it's no big deal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint, with strong data entry and typing skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and employees
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on data accuracy
• Dependable, on time, and ready to roll with the team.
