The Requirement Checklist

• Minimum 1 year of panel wiring or electrical assembly experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and schematics
• Skilled in the safe use of hand and light power tools
• Ability to lift parts over 50 lbs (with assistance) and work in bending, standing, or squatting positions for extended periods
• Effective verbal and written communication skills in English
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Forklift certification or the ability to obtain certification

How You'll Make an Impact

• Assemble standard wired panel devices based on electrical schematics
• Build enclosures, including motor starters, circuit breakers, and disconnects per drawings
• Follow detailed assembly instructions, processes, and company quality standards
• Operate hand and power tools, forklifts, semi-automated material handling equipment, and overhead cranes safely and correctly
• Maintain high-quality standards to meet or exceed internal and external customer requirements
• Participate in training and continuing education
• Perform other duties as assigned and work overtime as needed
