Our client is a global, data-driven platform focused on putting professionals and employers together in a smart, fast and efficient manner. Their products support organizations of all sizes by combining advanced technology, rich labor market data, and a deep understanding of how people search for, evaluate, and apply to jobs. As part of the global team they are looking to add a Senior ABM Content Strategist as of March 2026. This role supports a strategic programmatic ABM initiative focused on improving how they engage priority employer segments through relevant, insight-led content. The work centers on shifting outreach from broad, generic messaging to a more thoughtful approach that reflects real hiring challenges, regional nuances, and the complexity of true decision makers.

This role will contribute to initiatives that:



  • Help employers navigate evolving hiring challenges, including talent shortages, changing candidate expectations, and economic uncertainty
  • Use labor market data and account insights to inform more relevant, segment-specific messaging
  • Support buying committees made up of multiple stakeholders, each with distinct priorities and decision drivers
  • Balance personalization and scale by delivering content that feels tailored without relying on one-to-one execution
  • Build credibility and trust by reflecting real-world hiring trends and regional market dynamics
  • Strengthen engagement across the full employer journey, from early awareness through long-term partnership


This work plays a key role in positioning the company as a knowledgeable, trusted partner to employers, moving beyond transactional hiring tools to insight-driven guidance that supports smarter talent decisions.

To be successful in this role we are seeking the following:



  • 7+ years of experience in ABM content strategy within B2B marketing environments
  • Proven success designing, implementing, and scaling content personalization strategies across accounts or segments using data such as industry, market, use case, and technology adoption
  • Experience leveraging AI to adapt, version, and scale high-quality content
  • Hands-on experience with ABM orchestration and measurement platforms (e.g., 6sense, Demandbase, or similar)
  • Strong ability to translate complex business objectives into content strategies that drive pipeline and revenue
  • Solid analytical skills with a focus on full-funnel marketing and sales metrics
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with experience creating content for executive-level, late-stage B2B audiences
