The Skills You Need

• Basics: High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Hands-On Experience: 1-5 years' experience as an inspector in Aerospace.
• Focus: You take pride in accuracy and clean, correct work.
• Physical Strength: Able to move, lift, and stand through your shift.
• Work Ethic: Team-first attitude and a mindset built on doing it right every time.
