Hours & Pay



  • Pay Rate: $25.00 per hour
  • Shift: Monday-Friday, 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM
  • Training Schedule: First week, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-hire
  • Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week

What You'll Do



  • Support manufacturing operations through assembly, diagnostics, testing, and troubleshooting of complex electro-mechanical sub-systems
  • Develop and improve work instructions, operational method sheets, and training materials using text, images, and drawings
  • Implement Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) within assembly methods
  • Support engineering activities, including design reviews, prototype modification, testing, and diagnostics
  • Read and interpret schematics, block diagrams, and written or verbal instructions
  • Create assembly drawings and Bills of Material from models
  • Generate accurate manufacturing drawings using CAD software
  • Develop CAD models of parts and assemblies from sketches and markups
  • Perform testing, collect data, and support design-of-experiment activities
  • Design with cost, manufacturability, and testability in mind
  • Participate in cross-functional design reviews and provide technical input
  • Work safely in cleanroom and office environments while adhering to quality and safety standards


What You Bring



  • Minimum 6 months of experience with a Mechanical Engineering degree or relevant experience as an Engineering Technician
  • 4-6 years of electro-mechanical technician experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
  • Associate degree or higher in a technical field (Mechanical, Electronics, IT, Physics, or related); military or equivalent experience considered
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic knowledge of mechanical assemblies, mechanisms, and drawing standards (including GD&T)
  • Experience with CAD tools such as SolidWorks or Pro-Engineer
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles; Green Belt certification preferred or ability to obtain within 90 days
  • Strong attention to detail, quality, and documentation
  • Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and work in cleanroom environments
  • Ability to lift up to 25 lbs, bend, reach, grasp, and perform repetitive motions
  • Professional communication skills and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset
