Pay Range: $38,000 - $55,000

The Retail Activation Coordinator is responsible for supporting the development, execution, and management of in store Point of Purchase (POP) materials across all brands. This role ensures the effective delivery of retail activations by coordinating production workflows, managing supplier and vendor relationships, monitoring inventory levels, and assisting with budget oversight. The position requires strong organizational and analytical capabilities, sound problem solving skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast paced environment. Through maintaining operational accuracy and optimizing POP processes, the Retail Activation Coordinator contributes to successful product launches and consistent, high quality retail execution.

What You'll Do (Essential Duties and Responsibilities):

Point of Purchase (POP) Materials Development & Deployment



  • Support the Retail Activation Manager in creating and managing the deployment of POP materials for new product launches across all three brands.
  • Assist in monitoring, measuring, and optimizing POP development and deployment processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate on the creation of retailer specific POP materials for customized in store experiences.
  • Prepare and deliver reporting to Marketing and Sales Leadership regarding POP status, performance, and opportunities.



Supplier & Inventory Management



  • Monitor POP inventory demand and proactively resolve issues, including shortages, expedited requests, or cancellations.
  • Coordinate periodic business reviews with POP vendors and key business partners to support strong operational alignment.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records of inventory levels, usage trends, and vendor production timelines.



Budget Management



  • Monitor POP related spending and provide timely reporting on budget performance.
  • Oversee accurate allocation of inventory and non inventory classifications and groupings for proper financial tracking.
  • Ensure timely and accurate Accounts Payable processing, working closely with vendors and internal Finance partners.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You'll Need (Qualifications):




  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent professional experience.
  • 1-3 years experience in marketing, project management and/or point-of-sale production.
  • Strong business acumen with analytical capabilities and the ability to make holistic, financially informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities with a track record of identifying issues and developing effective solutions.
  • Ability to establish structure and processes when needed while navigating ambiguity to deliver desired outcomes.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Ability to travel to Sales and Marketing team events (approximately 5%).
