Security Officer - Tech Site Full Time

As a Security Officer - Tech Site - Full Time in Chandler, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Tech/Media/Telecom, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a cutting-edge tech location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, complete routine rounds, and stay highly visible to help reduce security-related incidents. You will respond to requests, document observations, and communicate clearly with site teams and visitors while delivering standout customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel and visitors at a technology and telecommunications location by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and post orders, and/or supporting emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, completing required notifications and documentation per site guidelines.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior areas, exterior grounds, and the perimeter, including checking doors, gates, and access points for irregular activity and reporting concerns.
• Monitor access control points and security-related systems as assigned, help to deter unauthorized entry, and direct visitors and vendors to appropriate check-in and badging processes.
• Complete detailed reports and shift logs, communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership, and assist with service requests and special assignments as directed.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be 21+ years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
