As a Front Desk Officer at a busy manufacturing and industrial location, you will welcome employees and visitors, manage access and visitor logs, support badge and credential processes, and monitor cameras and alarms for security-related concerns. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service at the front desk by following site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate.
• Greet, screen, and process employees, contractors, and visitors; verify identification, issue temporary badges, and manage sign-in and/or sign-out logs.
• Monitor access control systems, intrusion/fire panels, and/or camera views from the desk; report irregular activity and coordinate notifications per post orders.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; document events and complete required reports.
• Answer and route calls, manage deliveries and vendor check-ins, and support administrative desk functions while helping to deter unauthorized access.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
