Job Description

Job Summary: This position will provide an opportunity to work within Customer Care Center Department of Needham Bank and work with a highly skilled team to gain insight into multiple areas of the department and help with a variety of tasks and projects as needed

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES



  • Participation in small to large projects that require skill in business modeling and the ability to balance multiple products/services in one or more technical environments
  • Participation in the discovery and evaluation of process efficiencies related to operations of the Customer Care Center
  • Identification and collaborative resolution of WorkForce Management and Strategic Planning
  • Provide support for daily operational tasks supporting the Customer Care Center
  • Perform research at a supervisor's request
  • Participation in projects to facilitate process improvement, system implementation and data management functions
  • Support the Customer Care Center leadership team by compiling, analyzing, and visualizing performance data to identify operational trends, improve efficiency, and enhance the customer experience

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE



  • Pursuit of a college degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics or related field
  • Strong knowledge and aptitude for banking, bank regulations and customer service
  • Interest in Banking preferred



PAY RANGE: $20.00/hourly
