A Brief Overview

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing marketing, social media, and presentation services in order to advance the company's business objectives. Reporting to the COO, the Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Hunt Companies (parent) marketing team. In addition to marketing activities, the position will include up to 2.5 hours a week providing administrative support to the COO and Las Vegas office.

What You Will Do



  • Support company initiatives with the planning, executing, and tracking marketing programs such as email, events, social media, or content marketing.
  • Develop promotional materials and content for various platforms.
  • Oversee management of company's website.
  • Independently coordinate company and community events, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, coordinating with vendors, creating itineraries, and ordering marketing collateral.
  • Create, proofread, and edit copy for various marketing channels, ensuring consistent voice.
  • Assist with developing and creating presentations for use by different departments both internally and externally.
  • Manage relationships with external vendors to ensure high-quality and timely execution of marketing programs, and to ensure competitiveness.
  • Conduct market research and identify industry trends.
  • Collaborates closely with SVP of Corporate Communications (parent) to develop and distribute press releases, manage and maintain local media contacts, and compile regular metrics and reach reports.
  • Coordinate with Corporate Communications (parent) team on annual Volunteer Month (April) activities, including organizing events, tracking participation, and providing write-ups on each local event.
  • Maintain library of materials, statistics, and information to ensure consistency and accuracy.
  • Understand, support and ensure compliance with all branding initiatives and requirements.
  • Administrative Support: Manages office and pantry supplies, liaises with building management as necessary, coordinates office meetings, facilitates collection and distribution of mail and other services as necessary.


    Qualifications



    • Bachelor's Degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field
    • 2 years minimum of marketing experience
    • Experience with digital marketing and social media platforms
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members and other stakeholders
    • Strong time management, communication and organizational skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently while still being able to work collaboratively in a team environment
    • Exceptional people skills, leadership, and personnel development skills
    • Demonstrated proofreading skills
    • Practical proficiency with marketing programs and Microsoft Office applications - particularly Word, MS Publisher, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite, CANVA, Photoshop Illustrator or other graphic design programs


    Compensation

    We are committed to offering competitive and equitable compensation. The hiring range for this position is $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. Final salaries will be determined based on factors such as geographic location, skills, education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience. In addition to these factors - we believe in the importance of pay equity. Please keep in mind that the range mentioned above is the general Hiring Range for the role. Hiring at the top of the range is reserved for exceptionally qualified candidates. We consider internal and external factors as a part of every final offer. We also offer a generous total compensation and benefits package.
