You will develop and execute our executive-level employer brand strategy while cultivating long-term relationships with high-caliber talent. This dual role serves as the critical connection point between Market Intelligence, Executive Search, and our broader talent acquisition ecosystem, transforming Blue Origin's approach to executive succession planning from reactive to proactive. As the single-threaded owner for both executive employer branding and long-term prospect engagement, you will build a closed-loop talent ecosystem that creates sustainable competitive advantage in the aerospace industry's most competitive talent markets.
