Here's what you'd do:

• Communication
  1. Openly and actively, communicate internally through the respective Dept, and externally with every other department.
  2. Ensure communication occurs with all peers in a polite and professional manner
  3. Report all equipment, order, location, inventory, or process issues to the designated team member.
  4. If in doubt, talk to your lead, supervisor, coordinator, or all of the above as needed.
  5. Follow the open door policy, informing your chain of command of your issue, and if unhappy with the answer presented, request a conversation at the next level.
  6. Directly responsible for ensuring a clean and clear work area for teammates to fully perform their job duties and meet our expectations.
  7. Actively provide feedback to leads, trainers, supervisors, and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
  8. Support tasks such as Picking, Packing/Auditing, Loading, Replenishment, Cycle Counting, and Receiving/Putaway functions
  9. Interacts with Supervisor, Coordinators, Inbound, Inventory control, and Outbound staff to reconcile open issues
• Productivity
  1. Monitor your work performance to develop a sense of pride in your work and a sense of urgency.
  2. Actively provide feedback to leads, supervisors, and managers on all daily incidents, good and bad.
  3. Become an authority on key metrics and how they are derived, and ensure you understand how you will be measured.
  4. Be clear and concise on direction(s) given and follow-up.
  5. Address Ineffective or counterproductive processes
  6. Other duties as assigned.

Here's what you'll get:

• Pay rate: $20.00/Hour.
• Hours: 40 Hours/Week 1st Shift
• Length: Temp (12 Months)

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 3 years of warehouse management systems experience
• Minimum 3 years of Material Handling Experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Stand Up Dock Truck, Order/Stock Picker, Sit down Forklift, Tugger/Cart, Walkie Rider

• Minimum 2 years of direct operations experience.
• Knowledge of SAP and PKMS Warehouse Management System.
• Computer skills needed
• Be detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to maintain forklift certification
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude and team focus.
