Job Description What is the opportunity? The Head of LF&P Operational Excellence is accountable for owning and delivering rapid, high-impact execution across LF&P's most critical operational, liquidity, risk, and control challenges with the primary mandate around Risk, Incident Response & Operational Optimization. The office exists to stabilize incidents, execute fixes, automate root causes, and enforce governance, then transition outcomes back into the operating model. Functional Coverage:

Required: Minimum bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience in Finance, Engineering, Science, Math or relevant work experience Preferred: Strong knowledge of supporting systems used within Operations. The expected salary range for this position is $160,000 - $250,000 USD, depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn more through RBC's discretionary variable compensation program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
