This position is designated as a hybrid role based out of our headquarters near Portland, Oregon. The current expectation is for employees to work onsite four days per week, subject to change based on business needs. This in-office requirement may be adjusted at the discretion of the company.

ABOUT THE POSITION

The Senior Digital Communications Specialist is a key internal communications leader responsible for delivering dynamic, digitalfirst content that keeps employees informed, connected, and engaged. This role requires deep knowledge of digital platforms, modern communication tools, analytics, and emerging channels to effectively reach a global, multifaceted workforce.

HOW YOU'LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

  • Develop, curate, and publish digital content across internal channels-including intranet, email platforms, video, interactive media, and socialstyle employee engagement tools.

  • Lead digitally driven communication campaigns that fuel employee engagement, improve access to information, and strengthen connectivity across global teams.

  • Translate complex initiatives into compelling digital stories that reflect organizational priorities and enhance the employee experience.

  • Leverage a range of digital media formats-video, shortform content, audio, infographics, interactive modules-to meet employees where they are and drive measurable engagement.

  • Identify and apply digital communication best practices, including channel strategy, UX/IA considerations, analytics, personalization, and content lifecycle management.

  • Partner crossfunctionally with other departments to ensure alignment and digital adoption across the enterprise.

YOU ARE

  • An exceptional digital communicator-skilled at crafting clear, concise messages for multiple platforms and audiences.

  • Comfortable working in fastpaced, highly digital environments with shifting priorities and techenabled workflows.

  • A collaborative problemsolver who thrives in crossfunctional teams and can influence stakeholders at all levels.

YOU HAVE

  • A bachelor's degree

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital communications, digital content production, or internal communications with a strong technology orientation.

  • Demonstrated expertise with digital tools, content management systems, analytics dashboards, and multimedia editing applications.

  • Experience creating crosschannel digital campaigns with a datadriven approach to evaluating performance and continuously improving content.

  • Strong initiative and the ability to translate insights, trends, and platform metrics into actionable recommendations.

  • Crosscultural awareness and experience supporting global audiences across varied digital landscapes.

  • Creative problemsolving abilities with a strong grasp of usercentered content design and modern storytelling formats.

  • Advanced skill with tools such as PowerPoint, Miro, and Axios HQ; plus proficiency in video editing, lightweight design, and digital publishing workflows.

  • The ability to communicate clearly with VPs, Directors, Product Managers, technology teams, and global business partners-adapting content and formats to suit each audience.

  • A high tolerance for ambiguity and the ability to manage multiple digital projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
