Role Objective
As a core member of the GOJO Amazon team, the Marketing Manager owns the management of the detailed, complex and dynamic Amazon infrastructure. This role leads qualitative and quantitative Amazon merchandising initiatives, ensuring GOJO's content strategy aligns with Amazon specific shopper needs across onsite content development, new item creation, catalog attribution, and content scorecard performance. It also requires understanding and using critical thinking to navigate and problem solve in the continually changing areas of product, merchandising, sales and marketing. Exempt Compensation & Benefits
The expected starting pay for this role is between 83,800.00 - 115,300.00 per year. Within this range, an offer will depend on factors such as level of experience and technical competencies relevant to this specific role, as well as internal equity considerations.
