Position Highlights:

  • Position: Physician- Concierge
  • Salary: $220,001 - $366,623.Pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.
  • Location: 120 Spalding Suite 303 , Naperville, IL 60540
  • Full Time/Part Time: Full time
  • Small office with excellent staff
  • Hours: 36 hours mix of office and virtually 24/7/365 availability per week for 46 weeks per year for full-time status.

What you will do:

  • Office-based preventive and integrative medicine at its finest-bringing back the joy of practicing medicine while balancing professional, financial, and personal life.
  • This practice focuses on holistic health and longevity science by incorporating next-generation biomarker analysis, multi-cancer early detection, personalized genetics, and advanced diagnostic imaging modalities to develop comprehensive health and wellness plans.
  • Providing top-tier management for chronic medical conditions.
  • Outpatient Only with the option to do "Social Visits" with patients that are either hospitalized at Edward Hospital or in a nearby rehabilitation facility.
  • No Inpatient or Direct Admission responsibilities.
  • Rare and highly sought after opportunityto practice with the highest quality of care.
  • Step into a successful, well-establishedconciergepractice from a prominentretiring Primary Care Physician with a panel of 300 patients.
  • Full-time daily office schedule averages 6-8 patients, allowing for longer and more comprehensive visits
  • One weekday off, 6 weeks' vacation/personal leave, shared call arrangement currently every other weekend with rotating holiday call.

What you will need:

  • Doctor of Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
  • Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
  • Current Basic CPR certification through American Heart Association.
  • MD or DO Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
  • Preferred 5-10 years experience
