Red Seat Ventures, in partnership with FOX, is seeking an Ad Operations Coordinator to support the execution, optimization, and reporting of advertising campaigns across our creator-led media channels. This role sits at the intersection of advertising sales and creators, ensuring campaigns launch smoothly, perform as promised, and scale efficiently.

A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITES:

  • Set up, traffic, and manage advertising campaigns across a variety of media platforms (YouTube, podcasts, etc)

  • Coordinate closely with Sales, Creators, and Finance to ensure accurate campaign execution, scale processes and data analysis capabilities, support client and partner relationships, and drive overall operational efficiencies

  • Use analytical skills to monitor campaign pacing, delivery, and performance; flag issues, and optimize when needed

  • Support creative continuity efforts, including but not limited to: ad spec management, creative asset organization, tracking links/pixel implementation, inventory management, and timeline adherence

  • QA pre-launch and post-launch campaigns to ensure correct placements and compliance

  • Utilize Google Sheets/Excel to build and maintain large databases, including but not limited to: campaign reports, dashboards, and post-campaign recaps

  • Assist with the documentation and knowledge-sharing of evolving operational best practices, new deadlines, product launches & process requirements

  • Support billing, invoicing, and revenue reconciliation in partnership with Finance as needed

  • Proactively identify opportunities to improve workflows & propose changes, ask questions, and implement solutions on an ongoing basis as the business scales

  • Be a key team member as our business grows!

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Preferred 1+ years practical working experience in online advertising space, as a trafficker or similar role

  • Strong organizational skills and extreme attention to detail

  • Strategic thinker with creative problem-solving abilities, critical-thinking skills and the ability to follow-through

  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets

  • Comfortable juggling multiple campaigns in a fast-moving environment

  • Data-literate: confident working with spreadsheets, reporting tools, and platform dashboards

  • Clear communicator who can work cross-functionally with sales, creators, and external partners

  • Solutions-oriented mindset - you catch problems early and fix them fast

  • Someone who can spot areas of opportunity to better serve our creators and advertising partners, and suggest ways to improve our process

NICE TO HAVE:

  • Experience with creator-led or influencer campaigns

  • Familiarity with ad servers, CRM tools (SalesForce), or media planning software

  • Understanding of CPMs, pacing, delivery metrics, and performance KPIs

  • Prior experience at a media company, agency, or startup

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.75-33.50 per hour. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
