Flint Hills Resources in Rosemount, MN is seeking an Instrumentation and Electrical (I/E) Information Management Coordinator to join our Asset Information Management (AIM) team! In this role, you will work with information provided by multiple business teams to update instrument specification sheets in Smart Plant Instrumentation (SPI). You will add value to the business by maintaining a large volume of records in a timely and accurate manner.

What You Will Do

  • Maintain, update, and ensure accuracy of all Instrumentation Spec Sheets as assigned through the Management of Change (MOC) process
  • Complete MOC Action Plans accurately and on time
  • Review, verify, and resolve discrepancies; ensure required documentation is provided for SPI Spec Sheet updates
  • Retain, organize, and maintain instrumentation calibration records
  • Support SPI to EAM Integration (Enterprise Asset Management)
  • Support the Instrument Reliability Technical Group as a contact for SPI and SPI to EAM Integration
  • Support project closeout
  • Provide support to contribute to AIM group objectives and vision of Day One Readiness
  • Participate in weekly AIM meetings to support project closeout and awareness

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Experience using a document management system
  • Basic knowledge of instrumentation

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Experience using Smart Plant Instrumentation
  • Field experience working with instrumentation
  • AutoCAD experience
  • Experience working in EAM
  • Experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)

For this role, we anticipate paying $27.00 - $38.00 per hour. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
