Executive Assistant

The Opportunity:

Perform secretarial and administrative duties for Vice President and director-level executives at company headquarters. Perform duties of a highly confidential nature. Apply intuitive judgment, knowledge, and the ability to relieve the executives of administrative details, including supplying requested information, scheduling appointments, preparing expense reports, making travel arrangements, and obtaining information from sources within or outside of the company. Leverage technical and business vocabulary and detailed comprehension of company operations, organizational procedures, and personnel. Make independent decisions regarding planning, organizing, and scheduling work within established guidelines. Coordinate and manage complex calendar activities, including meetings, travel arrangements, and conference calls for executives in a fast-paced environment. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and integrity. Organize and maintain files and records, ensuring easy retrieval of information. Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders to facilitate communication. Assist in event planning and execution, including company gatherings, conferences, and executive off sites. Provide backup support to other administrative staff as needed to ensure smooth operations. Handle expense reports, reimbursements, and other administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies and timelines. Continuously identify and implement processes and tools to increase administrative efficiency and effectiveness. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience providing administrative support to executive leadership in multiple capacities, including scheduling meetings and interfacing with other leaders in a business

  • Experience with Microsoft Office suite, including Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities and ensure accuracy and follow-through under tight deadlines

  • Ability to convey complex information concisely and effectively

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability to interface effectively with senior leadership and staff at all levels

  • HS diploma or GED

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with government contracting operations, human resource policies, and business operations

  • Experience supporting executives in a large corporate setting

  • Ability to pay strict attention to detail

  • Possession of excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Possession of excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

  • Bachelor's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $48,000.00 to $98,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
