The Position
2026 Summer Intern - Regev Lab - Decoding Genetic Circuitry Department Summary Regev lab is seeking a talented and highly motivated intern with a strong computational and analytical background in computational biology. This project aims to decode the genetic circuitry of human immune cells by analyzing high-dimensional perturbation datasets. This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site. The Opportunity By applying rigorous statistical methods, the research focuses on interpreting and analyzing cell states to determine how genetic interventions drive phenotypic shifts. A key objective is to relate transcriptomic profiles to broader biological contexts, bridging the gap between gene expression and functional outcomes to map the rules governing immune cell behavior. Relocation benefits are not available for this job posting. The expected salary range for this position based on the primary location ofCalifornia is $50.00 hourly. Actual pay will be determined based on experience, qualifications, geographic location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
