Stoneridge Software is seeking a Senior Consultant to provide strategic leadership and guide clients through successful implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) and the Power Platform.
The ideal candidate is a seasoned business analyst with deep CRM expertise and extensive hands-on experience configuring and deploying Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform technologies, including Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights - Journeys, Field Service, Power Pages, and Copilot/Copilot Studio. You excel at turning business challenges into scalable, intuitive, and high-impact solutions.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with clients to understand their goals, design future-ready solutions, and lead high-quality implementations that drive meaningful business outcomes. As a Senior Consultant, you will lead business process design and integration efforts across transformation programs and major initiatives. You operate with autonomy, engage cross-functional teams, assess upstream and downstream impacts, and translate business needs into actionable future-state recommendations.
You serve as the bridge between current-state operations and future-state capabilities, representing functional needs, identifying gaps, and ensuring sustainable change through collaboration, communication, and proactive stakeholder engagement. You bring strong analytical and problem-solving skills, communicate clearly both verbally and in writing, and thrive whether working independently or as part of a collaborative team. Canada (CAD): C$124,600-C$149,500
