About This Opportunity JOB TITLE: Production Supervisor, Night Shift Night Shift: 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM, following a 2-2-3 rotating schedule (work 2 days, off 2 days, work 3 days, alternating weekly with every other weekend off). Position Overview The Production Supervisor is responsible for leading and supervising production floor employees. They will contribute to the success of the organization by driving and supporting employee engagement efforts and ensuring an optimal balance of quality, service and efficiency to provide operational excellence. Job Setting: Regular presence in the workplace is required. Must be available to work weekends and holidays as needed and participate with an on-call schedule.
