PROJECT MANAGER Full-time, typically Monday - Friday. Standard shifts may include 8am - 4pm, 9am - 5pm, or 10am - 6pm, depending upon projects assignments. Flexibility to work additional hours during peak project periods is required. $90,000 - $140,000 annually, commensurate with skills and experience. The Project Manager oversees facility construction, renovation, and major repair projects involving all building elements/systems. The Project Manager also analyses and oversees routine maintenance operations as needed. The work centers on three core areas:
  • Dene project scope, objectives, and deliverables
  • Develop budgets, and nancial tracking models
  • Create and manage project schedules
  • Lead procurement efforts, including vendor selection and contract strategy
  • Manage bidding, bid leveling, and contract award
  • Direct and supervise consultants, contractors, and vendors
  • Oversee eld work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to minimize operational disruption
  • Prepare and manage purchase agreements, work orders, and purchase orders
  • Manage contract documentation and code-related requirements
  • Oversee insurance, permitting, and regulatory compliance
  • Review contractor submittals, shop drawings, and technical documentation
  • Produce clear and timely project status reports
  • Review and approve invoices; maintain planned-vs-actual reporting
  • Lead project close-out, including punch lists, O&M manuals, and nal documentation
  • Bachelor's degree with a technical or engineering emphasis
  • Professional experience in construction management and/or technical theatre operations
  • Broad knowledge of construction trades, with strong understanding of MEP systems, and controls
  • Familiarity with design and construction processes, building codes, and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, engineering plans, wiring diagrams, and technical schematics
  • Basic CAD/drafting prociency
  • Strong survey, layout, and measurement skills
  • Diagnostic and troubleshooting capabilities across building systems
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Demonstrated leadership and the ability to work independently or collaboratively to achieve project goals

  • Industry certications in construction management, project management, or engineering systems. __________________ BOX OFFICE HEAD TREASURER

    Salary: $2,421.09 per week, 52 weeks per year.
    Work Schedule: Work schedule is determined to optimize coverage for the current performance schedules of productions, including weekends, evenings, and holidays when necessary.
    Essential Functions will include, but not be limited to:
    *Managing ticket inventory and sales for all productions at New World Stages
    *Supervising Box Office staff and overall functionality
    *Managing all revenue and transactions
    *Preparing and sending daily and weekly reports and reconciliations, adhering to all box office auditing requirements
    *Assisting Theatre Management in resolving patron issues
    *Ensuring smooth daily operations
    *Working closely with productions to program and strategically price shows
    *Providing exceptional customer service to customers purchasing tickets and assisting with general issues at the box office window

    Qualifications Required:
    *Box office leadership experience, with proven organizational and management skills
    *Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
    *Superior attention to detail, with strong math and organizational skills
    *Ability to balance priorities with patience, tact, and diplomacy
    *Proficiency with Telecharge and the STAR Ticketing System
    *Local 751 Member in good standing
