In this role, you'll support members by phone and email, ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to care, clarity, and exceptional service. * What You'll Do* * Deliver outstanding member service that builds trust and longlasting relationships. * Answer general inquiries and complete account maintenance through phone and email channels. * Meet and exceed key performance metrics while maintaining highquality service standards. * Research, troubleshoot, and resolve member concerns promptly-leveraging mentorship from supervisors and leads. * Take full ownership of member issues, set clear expectations, and provide timely followup and resolution. * Identify opportunities to educate members about credit union products, promotions, and services-generating referrals that deepen engagement. * Stay up to date with credit union policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines. * Support team success and contribute to a positive, collaborative environment. * Perform additional duties as assigned to support team and organizational goals. * What We're Looking For* * 1+ year of customer service experience * Bilingual in Spanish and English * Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work in a dynamic environment * A proactive problem solver who approaches tasks with urgency and care * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Memberfocused mindset with a friendly, professional demeanor * Comfortable using online systems and modern technology * Proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with callcenter tools a plus * Creativity and critical thinking when resolving complex member concerns (within policy) * Courtesy, tact, and diplomacy in every interaction * Ability to analyze information and recommend realistic operational improvements * *Education:* High school diploma required; college coursework or degree preferred * Why You'll Love Working Here* * A team that celebrates collaboration, growth, and service * A culture rooted in membercentric values * Opportunities to learn, grow, and make a positive impact every day If you're ready to bring your passion for service to a place that values your voice, your ideas, and your commitment to helping members thrive-we encourage you to apply! *Job Type & Location*This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Spokane Valley, WA. *Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
