As an unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal at a commercial real estate location, you will conduct routine mobile and on-foot patrols, stay highly visible to help to deter security-related incidents, and respond to calls for service with clear communication and strong customer service. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors at a commercial real estate location by following Allied Universal post orders, site-specific policies, and established emergency response procedures when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, loading areas, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe for unusual conditions, reporting suspicious activity, property hazards, and maintenance issues to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership per protocol.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, providing initial scene control and coordinating with property management and/or public responders as directed by site procedures.
• Complete detailed shift documentation, including patrol activity, incident reports, and communication logs, using required systems and following Allied Universal reporting standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
