*Offers of employment may be contingent upon successful completion of a background check A little about the position: * Coaches and teaches mountain bike athletes. * Implements training/competition programs, conducts training. * Communicates with parents and co-workers. * Approximately 90% of time will be spent coaching locally in Mammoth Lakes, and approximately 10% of time at events or travel. Requirements: * Must be accomplished biker and technician. * Must be a responsible individual capable of managing the performance, behavior and emotional well being of young athletes. * Must be able to train and manage athletes in practice and competition. * Minimum 2 years teaching or coaching experience. * Prefer USSA, USASA and PSIA / AASI training or certification in addition to NICA mountain bike certifications Hourly pay rate: $20.00 to $30.00 To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
