As a Finance Director, MCAPS at Microsoft, you will play a critical role in driving financial strategy and performance within the Go To Market Strategy Finance team. We are looking for an experienced finance leader who can proactively partner with both finance and business leaders to drive global impact with the goal of optimizing resources, maximizing revenue, margin, and market share. We will empower and inspire you to lead and be a top performer while providing diverse career opportunities. This highly visible role requires partnering with key stakeholders, including senior business leaders in Sales, Offerings, Pricing and MCAPS Finance. The position will report to the Head of Go To Market Strategy Finance leader and will lead a sizeable team. You will be a key part of the Services Finance Leadership Team. Financial Acumen: Deep understanding of financial principles, including budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and analysis. Analytical Skills: Proficiency in analyzing complex financial data, identifying trends, and making data-driven decisions. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify financial issues and develop innovative solutions to address them. Financial Analysis M6 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $130,900 - $277,200 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $165,600 - $303,600 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
